Hey, just looking for some advice about crowsnest lake. Looking at targeting lake trout, have never ice fished for them before because I grew up in the prairies. Any help is good help! If someone wants to meet up on the ice too looking for some fishing partners.
Bring lots of patience. Catches are typically far and few between. Most guys drop a smelt down the hole and patiently watch as the hole freezes over. This is broken up by bouts of chasing ones equipment across the ice in howling winds. Good luck!
