A fine and "perhaps" a suspension from hunting? Doesn't appear from the video they were hunting st all. The lack of field dressing indicates something different to me.

Horrible act, but this one is so ignorantly sad it's almost funny. http://www.wideopenspaces.com/michig...ly-shoots-elk/

I can't feel sorry for the idiot, to go hunting deer and not know what a deer even looks like is nothing short of asinine. He deserves everything he gets and more.

I hope someone identifies these scumbags. I wish the penalties for this were automatic jail or $10000.

As disturbing as it is, it's a common occurrence, just so happens a video was taken! I definitely don't approve but with minimal wildlife officers who to stop them. It angers me in many ways!
