Default Hunting in Suffield

Anyone know if I can carry a back up rifle as long is its locked in a case

Yes, make sure it is on your information sheet that it is a back up.

Default Backup gun

You can have the backup gun unloaded and encased in the truck, only one gun allowed out at a time. We were there yesterday and went over the rules with them, funny enough we ended up needing the gun!! Pulled a nice 340 bull out of there, great hunt!! amazing place

Be there no later than 6:30. We'd get there about 6:20 and were in the middle of the pack

Question: I got drawn for anthlerless in January. Am I supposed to get an email from Fish & Wildlife, or the Suffield base? I thought I read somewhere I was to get an email explaining details. Help please!

One tip - stay close to Range Control, I've heard them complain they were on the herds but couldn't find hunters to tell them.
