Master hunter Canadian Lynx
wow what a day
-26 in morning with a wind chill
got 5 Ruffed Grouse and a Snow Shoe Hare
found a Flu flu arrow too
then we ran into a Master hunter Canadian Lynx

saw 3 Moose(one in other spot) with 2 in picture ..small bull in tree's if you blow up pic

...Another great post. You have probably shot more Grouse and Rabbits then any member here (and don't get me started on the whites). Congrats on a great hunt, and that includes the pics. of that Lynx. Can't believe you got that close for so long.

Cool video. We had a few "kitties" on the game cams this year. One like this and one a lot bigger.

Holy Smokes.
Did you shoot the birds when they were on the ground or the trees?
Went out yesterday and saw so much fresh tracks and scat in the snow, but didn't manage to even see one.

on the ground
we saw lots of track of grouse too
but the rabbit tracks were frustrating to say the least
saw only 2 ..should or saw way more
we saw 7 grouse ..6 Ruffed in one area 1 was a flier
and one Spruce on road which flew too far in trees
on any given day you could see 10 or more
