Question Heli-Fishing

Hey Guys,
Just wondering if any one out there has did any heli-fishing trips, into any mountian lake (ie, Obstruction lake, Lake of falls, coral lake) and if yes how was the fishing and what kind of fish you were catching.

Thanks

I was lucky enough to get to go to Lost Guide a couple of years ago. The Trout fishing was second only to the view. This was a friends chopper not a guide but I would definately do it again!

Every summer I say that I’m going to book a day of Heli-fishing and never do. Me and sheephunter have talked about it but just never did it.
Maybe this is the year.

What kind of fish were you catching? Did you catch alot?
Been to that lake a couple times, never had a rod and never thought there would ever be fish in a lake like that.

Flown into landslide lake from cline river once and it was awesome!!! $300 bucks per person allowed us to carry all our gear for three days, a cooler of beer and a cooler of ice which lasted the whole time we were up there. Lots of 14 inch cutties!!!

Arrow South Ram

Ive gone into south ram river via heli for last few years. Lakes are good too but this area is great fishing and better scenery. You get flown into a couple hundred foot gorge and camp on the banks of the river and fish for days. give it a try!
