Interesting to see the long term effects/side effects. Quality of life pt's will have. as well as the longevity of the device.

I would love to know that too.
Unfortunately the patient had an underlying condition which caused his death 30 days in.

Too bad I couldnt find more on the calves they worked on.

Would make things harder on medics. Would hate to see the consequences of a cut...etc

I would imagine that survivability would be on par with patiets with Jarvic Heart implants,

But, how are adrenaline surges managed? How is oxygen supply increased or decreased?
