You keep saying it was simply a push but you have no idea how the guy who got pushed perceived the assault so I can not really decide for someone else.

Watch the video, don't make things up. He never once touched the glass, as a matter of fact he never even started waving his arms in the air in an aggressive manner. Had he been doing either of those things it would have changed my view of the situation.

If Drejka was pounding on the glass he would have deserved to be knocked down for sure because at that point he would be a physical threat. As a matter of fact I believe according to Florida law it would have been legal to shoot him.

Video does not show him walking up to stick his snout in her face , how long was he hassling her before the video footage starts ?

Why don't you just watch the video?

It shows the whole thing, from when he gets out of his car to look at her license plates, you can see him pointing at all the open parking stalls that aren't handicap stalls then what looks like he's giving her a lecture on moral values.

I just watched the video and it is spliced at about the 55sec mark. What is going on there? What happened and how ling of a time was cut. You can see the cut and another car appears.

So Kurt don't try to say that video shows everything. And he was getting animated in his actions to the point she was getting out of the vehicle and that is when the shove happens. Something missing there.

While the girlfriend was in the car the argument was heated and loud enough that the lady exiting the store looked over several times, and also the man going into the store paused to listen. There are at least 2 eye witness to the argument so it will be interesting to hear during the trial exactly what he was saying to her. I wonder if the guy going into the store said something like "there is some guy yelling at a woman in a car outside" It looked like McGlocton knew something was up before he went outside and told his kid to stay in the store, why else wouldn't his son come out with.

Since we don't know what he was saying, I guess we can ask ourselves what type of comment to your wife would cause to to act out physically.

I don't how to say it without breaking the cursing rule but if I came out and the guy was calling my a wife a "F'ing "C word" I think there be more than words exchanged.

Guess someone hasn't been reading all the posts. I have never said he deserved to get shoved. I also said he was justified in pulling his pistol after getting shoved. What i said is I don't think pulling the trigger is justified.

He spent a minute and a half berating someone over a parking spot. At the end was pointing aggressively and that caused the lady to get out of her car and buddy to shove him. Can't wait to hear what comes out from eye witnesses

The only thing I've been saying is that they were both acting like idiots. At first I thought Drejka was handicapped and I felt sorry for him. When it came out he's just a nut job my opinion somewhat changed, but I still think it took both these types of people for this to play out the way it did.

I agree both sides were wrong, too bad one side pulled the trigger and someone lost their life in front of his son. No one needed to die over this and anyone saying otherwise really needs to reevaluate their reasoning.

I never insulted. Just pointed out that you seem to think everyone needs to think like you. I think youve made the same points 100 times yet you keep telling people how wrong they are when they share an opinion thats different then yours.

IMO the guy didnt deserve to be shot and killed but.... as i said earlier in the thread im sure he will say he was scared and he will convince a jury with that excuse.

It seems to work for everyone else so why wouldnt "im scared" work for him.

Because the video shows different. He might have been scared for his life when he got suckered but once the gun came out the assault came to an end and in my opinion that's when his defense comes to an end.

PS, I have to reiterate my point because guys like you like to insinuate I'm in favor of the guy losing his life.

The shove was violent & maybe blindsided? I believe the jury will find 'not guilty'
