Use the photobucket app. Once you take the pics open the photobucket app it will automatically recognize new pics and ask you to upload them. Once uploaded go to my albums in the photobucket app, tap the pic you want to post. You will see a little i in the bottom right corner which gives you several options tap the bottom one and it will copy the [img] code for you.

Just tap and hold on white space under "Message" and the iPhone contextual menu will pop up with the option to paste (assuming there is content in the clipboard). Tap the Black "Paste" and ur done.
