Devils Lake: Catch List

Hello, read lots of posts on Devils Lake. Lots of people have caught Pike/Perch and the occasional Walleye. Just wandering if anyone has caught Whitefish or Burbot or any other Non-Game Fish (Suckers) Outta Here???

I don't have a lot of experience at this lake - its a small beautiful lake that's super close to the city. I've caught small Pike & seen small Perch on camera but that's it.

Also slightly off topic, I have a question about AB Regs & Limits. For example the limits @ Devils Lake for Whitefish/Burbot is 10, but I haven't heard of anyone catching these species there. So I would have thought if they (Whitefish/Burbot) are in Devils Lake, there can't be many, so I would have expected the limits for Whitefish/Burbot would be very low? If anyone has an explanation/answer to this I'd be appreciative.

I have only fished there a handful of times but based on my experiences and what others have told me small pike are easy to catch, catching a keeper pike or a perch is possible but tricky and chances of anything else are very slim.
