So the oil companies steal $.13/l and it’s the Govts fault.
I guess it is for not putting the crooks in jail.
In Alberts, we would have to build a stadium sized stockade for all the crooks.

Big Oil, Imperial, Shell etc play a con/shell game on gas. If the small boys lower price to much one of them will low ball below refinery rack price, then force smaller retailers back up to the high price they want at the pumps. Works every time!
BC proved no collusion on gasoline prices...but taxes are massive
