How did you do?

And, thank you.

Dave is home, was able to shower and sleep in his own bed.

He said to thank everyone, and will update when he is able.

Well, managed to meet Dave tonite for a hello and few hand shakes. Packages delivered and all is good. He's still tired after all he's been through, wanted to stay and chat with him for longer but some other time.

Ken, you have a big heart man, and thanks again for all who donated money.

Rob.

I've met Dave and he's a great guy. Get well soon buddy.

Silverdoctor are you going to wing night? I'm in for $20 and buying your first beer for all your great effort.

Hi Everyone

This is the first time I've been online since my heart attack last Tuesday and words just seem to escape me right now.
WOW is the only thing I can think of right now to describe how much all of you have done for me, the good wishes, thoughts, donations and everything else, thank you all so much for everything, it really means a lot to me that all of you were there for me

I'm still really sore and tired from everything that happened and will be for some time to come but the dr's tell me that I didn't have any permanent damage to my heart and that it will make a full recovery in time. They told me it was really good that I went to the emergency department as fast as I did and that it made a huge difference in what could have possibly happened if I had not gotten in when I did.

I'm still kind of speechless about what all of you did for me. Me being speechless is very very rare. Thank you just doesn't seem to say enough but it's all I can think of right now....

We have never meet , but I've seen the things you've done other in need on this forum . We're like a brotherhood here . Make sure you listen to the doctors , I learned this when I was sick 2 years ago with that leg infection that nearly killed me . Had I not of listened I wouldn't be here today . Keep your chin up , and keep fighting , giving isn't an option .

Good to see you're on the mend my friend.

Hang in there, get your rest. You've got the whole winter before you have to touch that garden!

Fer gossakes, I logged on to brag that we finally got some deer in the freezer this season, and I discover that not only has Dave had a heart attack, but I've also missed all the good things you guys did for him. My intended bragging seems kind of crass in the face of this thread.

Mudbug, I feel twelve kinds of crap for not getting involved in this. I'm glad you're doing okay and you've got a PM incoming.

Dave, it was great meeting you. I'd like to have a coffee and a yarn and get to know you better when you're feeling better in time to come.

You mentioned you were a huggy person, a couple asked me if I got a hug from you.

Here you go

Take it easy and listen to the doctors. Get yourself better.

I actually went out for a bit tonight which was nice but tiring. Feeling a bit better each day

This time last week they had filled me with so much nitro that I thought if I farted or sneezed I'd blow my head or my arse off
