Been a long time coming. Gotta love it when your ball team is on top. Nothing quite like baseball playoffs when your team is in the dance.

We're witnessing history. There may never be an offence this good in Toronto ever again. They aren't just beating teams- they're destroying them. All the so called aces of the other teams are being dismantled by these guys. It's a ton of fun to watch.

As far as being a fan of MLB goes, I've always been a fan of the Jays. I've been to a couple of games in TO, sure would be fun to be there now!

Hope they can keep it up.

I haven't really watched any baseball in 20 years or so, too involved in hockey (my son is playing in Ontario this year btw), but anyway, I turned on a few Jays games in the last few weeks just because I find it peaceful and easy to nap to the TV when it is turned low. And you know, I actually ended up watching the games and quite enjoyed them. Certainly seems like they are on a 'team high' right now, tons of confidence and Good Mojo going on. Good for Toronto, about time they had a professional sports team!

I like to nap to Golf or Baseball...too hard to fall asleep watching the Jays lately though.

I hardly watch the Jays on TV but I do listen to them on the radio (960 The Fan) out of Calgary as I head home from work, or when I head out somewhere.

I have been a Jays Fan back in the early 80"s. Even during hunting seasons after a day of hunting my brother & I would sit by the fire with the radio on drinking coffee or hot chocolate on the cool nights listening to the games.

I'm pretty sure I heard the animals cheering in the night when the Jays won the 92 World series.

It has been 22 years in the waiting for this moment.

I started really paying attention to the Blue Jays last season. It was the beginning of May, and Edwin was just starting his amazing home run streak. Fast forward to this year. I was questioning the trade of Lawrie for Donaldson, but didn't take long to see it was a smart trade. It was plain to see the Jays had potential, but just missing something. The trades for Too Low and price were brilliant...as well as getting another reliever and a good utility player. After the All-star break, they have been the best team in baseball. Stellar defense in the infield and outfield, plus the most potent offense. That last 3 game series in Oakland they scored 36 runs!!! Yesterday 15 runs in one game against the Tigers!
Hopefully this continues right through September and then they should be in the playoffs. Right now, they are the team to beat!

Another sweep! Another 4 homeruns. EE is on a tear and now Martin is hitting. Just got to get Tulowitzki hitting better.
Their defence is outstanding!!

How fun has this been? I've been following the Jays closely since I was a little fella, and this couldn't get any better for me. Swattin bombs all day...
