New 40 horse mercury outboard

I purchased the motor with the remote power control on April 10,2022 from Recreational Power Sports In Edmonton for $0,500. The cost of the remote control was $1000. There is a warranty that is good until April 12, 2024 and it is tranferable. It is a four stroke with electric start and power trim. The purpose I purchased the motor for did not happen. I am asking $9000.
