Default Battle river regs question

Hey guys, I’m wanting to get out and try the battle river right at the bridge near the atco plant. Can someone clarify for me if bait is allowed in this section of the river and also what the keep limits are?

Thanks In advance

You should really get a copy of the regs.
They're free.

East side of highway 855 is the river, west side is forestburg reservoir. After the dam it becomes the river again.

Read the regs and you will see there is a set of rules for up stream of the res and another for down stream of the res

Check out a map and confirm your location according to the res. I don’t know the atco plant and so can’t help with that as a reference.

Between hwy 855 and the dam you follow the regs for "Forestburg reservoir" and those regs are listed with the lakes.

Here’s a nifty way to get regs info on the web:

It would help the confusion if I knew the difference between east and west...
