Nicholas Sheron is right in town on the University side of Lethbridge. You can also fish @ Keho Lake where you are likely to mostly catch pike although there are Walleye there (all C&R walleye though), or find a spot to fish the river.

You can check out Milk River Ridge Reservoir it's only about a 30 minute drive south of Lethbridge. We checked it out for the first time this long weekend and will be going back, if you go to the Ridge Park it does cost 3 bucks to get in for the day though.

There is a lot of good trout fishing in the Crowsnest Pass areas as well. The Crowsnest River, Beauvais Lake, Beaver Mines Lake, Lees Lake, Allison (Chinook) Lake, not to mention some of the streams / rivers like the Castle River, Lynx Creek, Carbondale River, etc. It's a beautiful area.

I think it's Walleye, Pike and Whitefish that can be found there.
