Default Ideas for left over 4x8 sheet of 2mm clear lexan/polycarbonate?

I ordered a few sheets of 2mm clear solid polycarbonate from Grainger to make some DIY storm windows and cover my smoker table to protect it from the elements. I still have one 4x8 sheet left over.

Any ideas on what to use it for? Google search didn't reveal much other than picture frame covers and greenhouse/roofing but 2mm is too flimsy for anything structural.

That's a great idea. I could use my table saw to cut channels in some lengths of 1"x1" and the poly would be the perfect width to slide in to make the frame and roof.

Default Scraper edges

I had some leftover lexan from making window well hoods. The narrow strips I use to replace the paper thin metal strip on snow shovels.

Default lexan

Lightweight portable cutting boards for the truck tailgate. I have a couple I use side by side to cover the tailgate and have processed a whole elk on them. One has held up and one has a bit of a "banana" piece broken off. Any my lexan was used when I got it.

Nice idea! That would also work as a portable fish cleaning station for the tailgate or a picnic table. Way better than the gross fish cleaning stations in some campgrounds.
