Default Chin Lake Frustration

Just got back into hard water fishing after quite a few years off. Spend a lot of time in the summer/fall fishing Chin Lake, so very familiar with the structure and patterns of the walleye/pike in the warmer months.

However, this winter season has been very unproductive for either fish. Been trying to move around, fished both the west and east end. Haven't tried west of the bridge yet off the popular point, cause there are always people there.

Spent the day today at the east end along the dam. Only seen one blip on the flasher all day.

Anyone got any suggestions? Or do I just need to keep moving around till I find out where they are stacked up?

Thanks.
