Default Mtn waters countdown to opening season

June is faster approaching and the fly guys are getting geared up.

Is anyone planning to be out on the water on opening day?

Where are you gonna fish this season?

I can't wait! I will be out on opening day, whether I'm dealing with blown-out rivers or not

Yes I love the small intimate streams.

I enjoy fishing some of the alpine lakes and I'm looking to hike into a few new ones this year once the seasons open up.

Opening day yes, Sheep River! With nymphs and heavy weights should it be blown out. The fish can run, but they can't hide! Hopefully catch a bunch of rockies to boost the old confidence

Will fish my usual favorite small streams and if my back holds up I plan on going after golden trout this year as well.
