Another sigh of relief.

Another jump for joy.

Thought I was being generous with a 5-3 prediction.

I knew if they played like they did last game they would see some rewards for their efforts. Same for next game.

If the refs dont crack down on all of LA's cross checking this could get out of hand. Of coarse the only cross checking penalty in the 3'rd was against Nurse, didnt help he broke his stick doing it, D'OH!

I said Oil in 7, can I change that?

Sam, your right across from my work seats. Couldn't make it last night, what a game to miss!

Wow, stay classy LA.

A 10 yr old Cancer survivor is harassed, spit on and sworn at in LA.

A 10 yr old girl. What kind of animal would spit on a 10 yr old girl because of a jersey she wore? I have no words..

Great game last night, team win, Skinny looked a bit shaky early on but settled in nicely a little secondary scoring is always good Bjugstad and Kulak, Kane and Hyman are starting to find their stride, it all bodes well for the Oil. 4 days between games now, rest up and heal some bruises, you know the Kings will come out flying got to weather the storm in the 1st period.

Awesome game to watch. I thought the Oil finally got rid of some bad puck luck as their passes & plays were actually getting through. Nice to see the rest of the boys get some points. Nuge came close and hit the post again so lets hope he turns on soon with some goals as well.

I'm guessing the Oil come out guns a blazing and finish this series on Sat.

And I agree, the refs sure are not consistent with their calls.

X2 on this. I like Woodcroft's mantra of just keep hammering on the rock, it will eventually break. They finally got some breaks last night, and they were way better at finishing when they got their chances.

The refs were letting them play last night, which I don't mind, but it's pathetic what they let go in the 3rd period. Draisaitl gets 2 mins for a love tap on the shin pads, but LA gets away with what are basically deliberate attempts to injure for the last 10 mins with no consequences. The score shouldn't matter at all, you GOTTA call those cross checks, and that hit from behind on Foegele was brutal.

I think Skinner was the right call, but he definitely wasn't stellar last night. Good, but not great. I hope he comes up with the best game of his career so far in game 6, because I'm guessing they're going to need it to close out the series in LA.

Oilers played a great game ,next one will be much closer lets say 4 -3 Edmonton Maybe OT . I missed a big part of that game last night ,but I see LA is looking to score more penalties ,let them take the time outs and end this in 6.

Also seems they made the right goalie choice ,this will boost his confidence going into the next game .

This trading goals back and forth is stressful on fans. Tell them to stop.

Replay showed his stick was cracked. Blade bent on that pass, causing the whiff.
