They just went through 3 of the leagues top 4 teams like a buzz saw. I did not see that coming. I also didn't see Chucky leading the pack in the playoffs.

Of all the trades done last year… Florida was the smartest.
He has instantly made an impact and transformed the team.

You're correct on your first point though. Florida made a very smart pick up whereas conversely, the Flames made a, well you know. Talk about a major setback...

Anybody that thinks the panthers can't win the cup is smoking weird stuff, they are on a mission and playing as a team from the net out, barring an injury or two I believe they will take out LV. Tkachuk is playing the best hockey of his life as is Bennett along with a myriad of others.
The penalty on Stall with a minute and a half left was weak to say the least but there was no way that Carolina was every coming back to win that series, no way.

That would be fantastic but a distant fantasy at best. Nothing I'd like better than to see team " gifted expansion roster" get blown up and sent packing but I'll predict they're raising the cup while I throw bricks at my TV and fill a bucket.

Wonder where Calgary would have been if Treliving hadn't been smoking the drapes and slamming Brutes during the last year of two contracts and underestimating a couple of others? Oh well. There's always 8 years of Huber DOH and 6 of Waaadri to rejoice over.
Love to see Florida spank Vegas 4 straight but don't see it happening.

So the hit by Bennett last night on Slavin was huge, and clean. Maybe the biggest hit of playoffs. Separate the man from the puck. Slavin was definitely concussed, unfortunate but you have to keep your head up when the puck is on your tape.

I don't think Florida will sweep Vegas but I do think it will go 6 or 7 to cap their Cinderella ride in the playoffs. Two very good goalies playing stellar.
For almost missing out, to going to the cup final is wild. Not a fan of watching the turtle hoist a cup but one can't deny how his addition to the team has helped to get them there. And ya, happy to see Johnny Who fade away.
As an Oiler fan, would rather see Vegas hoist the cup.

Dallas staved off elimination but I think it's just a matter of time but never say never, the panthers were down 3 - 1 to the Boston and look where they are now

Looks like it will be Florida vs Vegas barring a miracle from Dallas. Maybe not 4 straight but the way Florida is playing I can't see Vegas taking that series. Should be a fun series though.

Dallas isn't going away that easy ,can Dallas win 2 more??? .Can't see why not ,there a better team or just as good .
First 2 games were a cion flip and the next game or 2 might be the same.

I thought/think Dallas has higher end talent in net, on D, and forward and picked them to advance. However, I also picked the Hurricanes.....

Yup I only caught the 3rd period but the stars were the best team for sure, as chuckie said after the panthers won game 5 and were heading home down 3 - 2 , the heat is all on Boston, same applies here to LV they don't want to go back to LV for a game 7 after being up 3 - luv
