Just some nice roast chicken, green beans, Asian salad with ginger dressing and added cranberries and green grapes and Kohlrabi that I happened to find the other day.

After all the times I saw this on the web, I made Osso Buco with my elk shanks. Kids loved it!

Duck meat balls with mushroom ragout over rotini. Served with a green salad with sesame oil and soy sauce vinaigrette.

BBQ chicken nachos made from some prairie chicken. BBQ sauce from BP's, whatever they put on their bourbon BBQ pizza. GF was able to steal some from the kitchen as she works there. Can't wait.

Breakfast for supper is popular here. Peameal back bacon, eggs, homefries and toast. Just missing the baked beans.

That's the last of the back bacon so will be doing up another batch shortly.

Default Korean Beef or Bulgogi

Striploin strips soaked in soy, ginger and garlic then stir fried with portabellas, peppers and mandarin noodles, It could have used more steak or less noodles,

Thumbs up

Picked up some damn bug on the trip back east & feeling right poorly.

Was already digging out a jar of my canned homemade chicken stew...

Then a Good Buddy called: I'm just back from the Sound & have prawns, crabs, oysters & clams sitting here with your name on them..

So a different kind of "Comfort Food" coming up it seems...

Thumbs up

Took on the crabs & prawns last night.
The other shellfish soon...

Served up with Basmati topped with a special mix of Spicy Thai & Spring Rolls Sauce, dipping garlic butter, and a great Merlot:

Cheers,
Nog
