Atlantic salmon coated with bread crumbs and parmesan, topped with a melted butter/honey/mustard sauce, a side of basmati rice, and a roasted yellow pepper with basil pesto and balsamic in the middle, with melted cheese. Mmmmm.

Indian tacos

Ground moose in taco sauce, onions, sour cream green peppers and cheddar cheese served on fry bread done just a little crispy.

Is it okay to call them Indian tacos ? Its a politically correct world out there.

Default Jamaican Goat Patties

Son landed on my doorstep from Victoria a month ago while looking for a place to nest while he finds accommodation.

Ate a lot of my groceries over the last month so now We be eating some of his.

He had a few lbs of ground BC goat in his stash so I decided to make some meat patties to get my system ready for Jamaica in a few weeks

Hauled the toaster oven outside to let nature enjoy the Goatee-ness of the aroma

Don't know how to post pics. I was very impressed with how it turned out. It was so tender and juicy. Maybe I got lucky, but I am going to have to cook another brisket. Was one of the best things I have ever eaten! My friends said the same thing.
