I have hunted general sheep the past 3 seasons, always early season. I have good gear and hunt other species in November but I have some questions on how this hunt is typically done if any previous tag holders are willing to have a conversation.

Primary questions are around if the zone is conducive to day trips or if a hot tent is the way to go.

I will be making a trip to do some scouting and get the lay of the land.

PM me if anyone wants to chat

Default Tough Hunt Now

The sheep have been picked off by the wolves and Bears. Numbers are substantial down from when the hunt started.

Also weather and wind will be another factors. Be prepared to wait out storms.

There still are the big boys there but patience and luck will need to be aligned to connect.

Thanks
Tony

We have a tag in the first season. Any info or stories would be appreciated. Please PM me.

We’ll be doing a few Scouting trips to get a lay of the land. The gear orders have gone out already so we’ll be able to hunker down and wait in extreme weather than may be.

Thanks in Advance!
