hi guys. have a new lake i want to try for perch and legal pike. (been getting reports that it's good for both). my 4x4 is acting up so who wants to provide a ride and power auger? i have everything else (for both of us). it's about a 2 hr. drive. will also split gas. prefer a warmer day during the week. looks like it's warming up next week around jan. 8.

Looks like I am going to try and head out somewhere tomorrow. Lots of room in the truck as its just me going. Just not sure where to go yet. Clear for some Pike, maybe Burnstick for a day of Perch. I am open to suggestions.

I just recently moved to lake Louise this summer but have purchased
The gear I need to be self sufficient? Including power auger! I have been out on Spray lakes 3 times and landed fish all 3 times but looking to find some pike fishing now! Even if someone could tell me the closest lake to Lake Louise I could find monster northern pike! I'll meet you or seek it on my own please text or call me at 613 920 8652

Have this Thursday and Friday off, looking to do some fishing one of the days for sure. Anyone looking for a buddy for a day let me know, from Edmonton 31 yrs old. Have gear for basically all species, auger, small & large pop up, heater, truck etc. Would even consider going to Cold Lake with someone that has some experience there, I've been once last winter.
Usually fish for qaulity, not quantity or eaters. Probably just go hit a local trout pond or Wab if no one replies.

Looking for someone who wants to spend a night out fishing for some Burbs. Location open to anything from Brooks - Calgary and Lethbridge - Edmonton That covers a lot of area so many spots to choose from.

Figure arriving on location mid afternoon. That gives us time to set everything up real nice like. And maybe target the afternoon bite before changing up to Burbs. Will be setting the shack up for comfort not function. So once we set up a couple zero gravity chairs, Table lights etc etc. The fatfish will only be a two man unit. Will have all the comforts of home so we can at least get a couple hrs of sleep. Will cook a bacon and egg breakfast and fish till noon or so before heading back the next day.

Any takers?

I'm pretty new to cold lake area, have a 4x4 truck and have all gear except a flasher (yet). I'm wanting to make some new fishing buddy's and maybe learn a thing or 2 about the area. I'm up for fishing anything in the area wether it's lakers, perch,pike or walleye. If it swims I'm up for catching it pretty well. I'm off every weekend and would love to get out with some locals or anyone in the area!

Have no plans yet on Saturday. So if anyone is interested in going out somewhere drop me a PM. Got rods, tip-up, gas auger etc. only have a one man tent though as most of my trips are solo.
Got limited room as I only have a small car. Would chip in for gas if someone else is planning on driving out.
No plans on what to head out for, but whites could peak my interest as I've never been before.

26 year old professional Biologist here looking to get out to any of the above lakes or another within the same distance from Edmonton. I'm experienced in fishing pike, walleye, burbot, perch and lakers but looking for somebody familiar with the local lakes! Looking for friends and fishing/ hunting buddies.

I have a gas auger, truck, hunting blind, little buddy heater, flasher and rods and lures.

Thinking of heading out tomorrow for at least a day or two, maybe to stay in a local motel.

Not sure why you have not got a reply. I would have thought there are a select few that would have been happy to do this. I would be happy to take you along on a trip, This is a wonderful sport that everyone should experience. I have sent you a pm.

Anyone going out anywhere from the Edmonton area either Thursday or Friday? Monday would work for me also. Might be able to swing going somewhere close Sat or Sunday.
Got the itch to get out onto Cold Lake, tired of seeing other people catching fish.
