The cheapest camera that I like is the Marcum 485. That said the Aqua Vu 715 on sale for $240 cheaper makes it tempting. I like the Marcum because of better camera quality and the case. My next choice after the 485 would be the Aqua Vu HD7i.

Eyoyo from AliExpress for $123 CAD and free delivery. Took about 4 weeks to arrive and works great.

Look for used Marcum vs 380. bulletproof just not color though.Used 150-250. Just stick with a marcum and should have any regrets down the road. You get what you pay for pretty much

Marcum also made in the USA vs the cheap Chinese crap on AliExpress/Amazon... Not sure where the Aqua Vu are made now.

Thanks for the good suggestions. Black and white is fine too. As long as you can see what’s going on down there. I remember the old aqua views from even 20 years ago were decent

Why not post a source to back it up? I thought they were all assembled info the US but I can see some of their parts being sourced overseas.

Just did some googling. 0 hits I saw that said Marcum were made in China. I found one post by some guy on ice shanty saying that all manufacturers source some components from China which I can see and understand. I found lots claiming that every Marcum product iss assembled in the USA.

I personally own one of their cameras and one of their flashers and any time I needed to trouble shoot something ore even ask questions about the product or its software updates the customer service has been second to none.

Here is a statement claiming otherwise for at least the 825 model. All their flashers were made in the USA as well at least up until this past year(I don't see details for the new M series).

Made in the USA with US and imported parts
Edit: I can pretty much guarantee you every dollar spent on an Eyoyo goes to China... Doubt they have much for customer service either.

I used to sell them too so have seen inside them and they are all Chinese. Here is a current pic off the side of one of their boxes. Take it however you like but I see Made in China for........ If they were all American made they would be twice the price.

Well look at that. Maybe something changed in the last few years I'm not sure. All my products are from 2013 2014. Learn something everyday.

Too bad you didn't find one at Wholesale during the closing. I got a Marcum Recon 5+ for 50% off.
