Default Crawling valley

I don't see any crawling valley posts or ice reports recently. Anyone been out?
I was going to take a few kids out from my sons hockey team this week since kids have another week off school. I've given up on Gull lake since I had some great days at CV last year before closing day.

Lots of ice out that direction should not be an issue. I have been out that way twice this last week.

How'd it go? Any trails on the lake heading north from the camp ground?
Taking 3 boys and a puppy so ideally have my truck on the ice close by.

Went yesterday with my son. We fished south , east side about18-19 inches of ice. I had seen truck tracks that came from the park all the way over to we’re we were fishing.from the day before. Also had seen a full size truck leave the park and drive really far up north end of lake. We Poked about 20 holes until we marked some fish in 14fow. It was steady all day even with the full sun out

I tried to post pictures but I can’t find how to copy the stupid link in Imgur

We were out yesterday, NE end, 16" of good ice, didn't drive on! Forgot my GPS on the kitchen table so it took more than a few holes to find our starting spot but like said before really steady all day with 17-20" Walleye and some pretty nice Pike, a few in the 8-9lbs range, fatties!
