I lost my black nickel Orvis Battenkill III fly reel(click-pawl type) Friday, Sept 11 on Dutch Creek road between Hwy 40 and approx. 1.2 km West. Has 4wt Orvis fly line. Left reel on the back of truck bed cover on the way out - not feeling very smart!

Anyway, I didn't see it on my way outta there on Sunday. Sorry man! If I am back up that way in the near future, I'll keep my eye open.
Yeah I'm the guy in the Ridgeline. I got talking to your buddies when they were on their way in on Friday and got careless with the reel. I drove by Saturday to look for it but didn't see it. The grass was pretty matted so it should have been easy to see if it had fallen off the truck in that little pullout. I suspect it must have fallen off somewhere between there and Hwy 40. Not much chance of finding it along there.
