bow fantastic
Hit the river early today for a few hours and had a great morning. Today I decided to go back to basics ( flys) over the last few years all these new fancy flies that have been coming out or the reinvention of old patterns just have not treated me well lately, a few bigins but low in numbers,so today was back to typical patterns,pheasant tail,prince,brassi and o coarse the worm.great day 8 landed with these three bruts.

Sweet fish ! haven't been lucky enough to land a nice brown like that this year, only big rainbows, where a bouts are you fishing the bow ? Ive only fished Mackenzie lake and downstream, been a great year.

Nice fish.I have the dam family coming in from out of town and want to sneak out but the wife says fat chance.thanks for the pics and making it harder on me.

I don't think your pic does that brown justice. That's a big fish.

Absolutely! Pictures never seem to justify a nice catch especially on a a phone.
