finally, after the heat of september, the high winds of october.... november was the best month this year. got this muley buck on a nice day, he was 50 yards from a gate along the road.....I just started my afternoon hunt, walked 20 minutes to get to a spot to seat for the rest of the day. as I topped the hill, he was standing in the opening. dropped the bag, opened the shooting sticks, ranged, and "boom".....
.243 win, handload with 95 grains nosler BT, was 189 yards, went 20-30 yards after the shot.
