ATF just reclassified antique guns for import/export
Appears that Obama and the boys are working the backroads, this time thru the ATF to reclassify antique gun imports and exports. If the gun is chambered for a currently made commercial round, it now falls under the ITAR rules, age has no bearing. IE; a pre-1898 Ballard chambered for .22LR , a Purdey chambered for 2-1/2" 12 ga. , are now under ITAR.
