Nice perch BBJ. Same with the pike, those look to be about the right size for keeping. Great job! Lets see some field photos!

Im a fish slashing king . Or as some say there ganna teach me how to fish oh well , I was out at Wabamun today and we were attacked by snow , rain more snow and the sun , Im sunburnt yet agian , Caught a few fish but It was pretty darn quiet as I was writeing my name in the water , I saw two lunkers swim by hopefully they cold tell me if my urine was a little salty that way didnt have to salt the fish . I figured a little pee wouldnt harm the fish any . Im going for a nap .

Default limits

Check out the price of eyes, whities, hard to find pike at s. store or fish markets. Commercial fishing is also a hit on populations , If a 6 time a year tip up watcher goes out to brave the elements and enjoy himself---why in hell can't he take a few legal fish home for the pan. thats why we have regs --- to keep it in balance . we have to have faith in our fish management aouthorities to keep a census of populations . Maybe that"s why we're paying $2.25 more for our licence this year.
