fishing in lockport is amazing for cats and all sorts of other fish!!

Pretty easy to catch from shore.

You guys are fishing the wrong side of the locks if you are after big Channel Cats from shore.Cross the highway in front of Skinners- hit dead end and turn left head to the river and set up at the picnic table.
Bait up with a ball of dough bait made from a tin of tuna cat food stiffened with flour kneaded in a zip lock.

Worked them hard from there on Aug 7th

Used to take them to Neptune Fish on Dufferin for smoking. Had to be frozen first
