Waterton Lake Trout

Hi Guys,
Buddy and I are going to Waterton Lakes to fish for Lake Trout. Any suggestions as to where on the Upper Lake to fish and which technique is best (downrigger trolling, jigging, etc.)?

havent been in awhile...but the big yellow flatfish with red dots was always good for us on the downrigger. The monkey puke flasher and a 5 of diamonds did well on smaller fish

from shore with the parks license i got 2 in front of the creek by the parking lot... on a black and purple bucktail just reeling it in realy slow.

X2 on the down rigger with the flatfish with red spots. Or you could just park you boat on the beach and cast from there
