Default First Ice Whites

Got out for some whites this past weekend. The bite was tough. Several fish cruising, but not to many takers. I think they are still in spawning mode.

I managed 5 Saturday afternoon and 3 Sunday afternoon.

Sorry about the photo quality, but its hard to take good ones yourself.

Nice fish pal! I’m looking forward to getting some fish down that way soon!

Tampons onsale 7.99 kinda funny. Do you think the bite gets better after they are done spawning?

Super absorbant!! Lol. Seems like they disperse a bit but feed a little better. I’m still trying to figure them out! I’m not sure where they go mid winter.

That’s a decent catch! More than I care to fillet but then I can always use the practice. Either way that’s a good haul of whites! Good job!
