Phylis has been one of the funnest lakes for me and my boys too. Ten years ago my youngest got a 8 pound rainbow out of there. (He was 6 at the time)
And a few years ago when we started to try flyfishing we had a day there when we had to hide below the side of the boat to tie a new fly on. We literally had strikes where the fish jumped out the water to grab the fly before it landed on the water. Fun times.

They stock that lake with 10lbs plus fish?

Yes. They are retired brood stock. Still fun to catch, especially for the kids.
