Default River levels

I'm wondering are the river levels normal for this time of year? Area's that i've fished over the summer last year are gone, rock beds. River banks seem to be no longer, old pools have disappeared. Yes, there's still plenty of places to fish, I realize that.

Bear with me, i've only been in Calgary since February last year. But I seem to recall alot more water flowing anywhere on the Bow this time last year.

I know we haven't had alot of moisture, i'd personally like to see it rain for a couple of weeks, just wondering if this is normal. Looking at the mountains today, there doesn't seem to be alot of snow. compared to last years insane runoff, how is this year going to look I wonder?

As of now I've noticed low water levels in numerous bodies of water.. Lower than usual for sure, but hopefully the snowpack is enough in the mountains to make up for the lack of a winter we have had here down south. Only time will tell.
