anyone have an idea of something to use to glue a transducer to the transom

3M 5200 Marine Sealant, I use that sh#t on everything!

IMO Marine 5200 kicks the crap out of GOOP for gluing. GOOP is great as a sealent, especially for inflatable things and making water tight gaskets/seals. Marine 5200 is a very strong glue.
