Catch and Release

What are your opinions on keeping small Tout??? Reason I ask is I saw 2 guys catch very small fish by the gasplant west of cochrane and they kept them. these trout were no more than 8-9". What/or is there a size they have to be? should I have called it in. Where I come from, the little ones always go back

If that bothers you you probably don't wanna hang around the dock at Dolberg. If it has slime it's dead! Drives me crazy which is why you can always find me on the other side of the lake!

Just another reason why fish populations are decreasing. I hope my future kids/grandkids don't like fishing. There won't be much for them
