Default Fraser river Sockey numbers

Just red a report saying that the sockeye run has been reduced by a massive number. Does anyone know more details on this? said the run is down to 1 million from an expected 10.6 million. Here is the article http://ca.reuters.com/article/topNew...BrandChannel=0 if anyone has more information or any links please post them.

Yes, well it's only a matter of time until the BC government's plan comes to fruition. Eliminate salmon runs, dam the river and sell power to California!
