Default Deep Snow & Mortalities

Just got home from my weekly stint up to the Peace Country and it's looking bad again, around 3 feet of snow on the ground and still snowing, a bit of above 0 temps. forecasted then cold again, there will be that layer of really hard snow for our creatures to deal with, the deer and moose are already struggling with winter only half over, it could be worse than last year, hoping spring comes early, any reports from the south would be appreciated.

It's minus 11 and snowing in red deer right now. I'm guessing we've had about 4 inches since yesterday evening. But the forecast is saying + 7 and 8 for the next 4 days or so.
