My daughter back home for a couple days, and 6 hours snow plowing!

$250 in the pocket today is a nice change.

I got an awesome Wellensteyn jacket, otterbox camo phone case, gorgeous Victoria's secret stuff, a couple of medical books cause I'm lame like that, beautiful necklace and earrings, and an Awkward Family Photos calendar (pets edition). Best part of Christmas though was spending time with my extended family.

New otter box for my phone, a great shooting shirt, a great double-scoped hard gun case along with a very cool 6-person tent and a ton of whiskey. It's been a fun holiday watching my little ones making a mess!!! I am blessed

Got to watch my 87 year old grandma talk to her daughter via skype.
She was in awe!
Truely an amazing thing for her to witness.
Technology brought her and grandpa together with their daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren on the West coast.
It brought her to tears and would have been a great video for promotion.

I'm not ashamed to say, it made me well up a bit to see her like that.
I'm pretty well clad on the exterior, but seeing that old german girls' reaction softened me up a bit.Even now thinking about it.
Grandpa took it all in stride, like nothing could faze the Goodsoil product of 88 years.
Then I got to listen to stories from 60 some years ago when grandpa had to hook up a team of horses to pull the county transport truck to the hospital so grandma could give berth to my mom. Got it all on record.
Times like that are dissapearing before our eyes, fellas!
It was great to hear history and see modern day technology all happen within minutes.
I think Grandma had one of those life alltering moments. That woman will live to be 100, I'm sure of it!

That's what Christmas should be about. Not to change to the tone of the thread but the first Christmas that I was away because of work was my Grandpa's last and I'll never forget that.

I got that one for Christmas last year, super jacket!
The one I got this year is the Manitou
It's not wool so it can be machine washed, but to be truthful, I don't think it's warm as yours!

The wife and kid got me a lil mac 3-d deer target.

Parents got me some new hockey pants and $50 to wholesale.

Grandparents got me a sweet new winter coat.

Inlaws got me bushnell 10x42mm camo binos.

And Santa brought me 5 Lethbridge Hurricanes tickets that can be used at any of the remaining regular season games.

It was a pretty good Christmas other then me and my kid both being sick for the last week or so.

I think the best Christmas present for me this year was getting the all clear to start a new career and then having a really good job opportunity kind of just fall in my lap about 2 weeks before Christmas.

I got 4 jumps, 3 pairs of Icelandic wool socks, and 3 fleece hunting shirts. Mrs. Buck got a Hute made goose down quilt, the son got a HS724 Honda snowblower and a Bradley digital 6 rack smoker, and the daughter got her tuition paid for another year.
