Default Speed control tricks

This is a great idea. Too bad we follow the Indian style here in Edmonton.

I seem to remember a few places like that over here, Regina comes to mind first.
And there have been a few roads in Calgary like that from time to time.

LOL. I remember once many years ago my aunt was in Chicago and was staying at a pretty nice hotel. She needed to catch the bus there and said it stopped out in the third lane of traffic for you and you were expected to come to it. She also said she saw potholes that were so big they were filled with used tires! She was pretty glad she wans't driving that day.
