Wondering what peoples opinion of this gun is and a suggested price to pickup a year old on from a private sale, never shot in Mint condition?

Any cautions about the gun to watch for?

I'm not to sure about a one year old never been shot model, but I bought one last year in a left handed 7mm rem mag for $550 brand new, I love the rifle, it's a sub moa rifle with my hand loads.
