Perfect evening

Was down at Mckenzie trails by Three Mile Bend for a bond fire with my parents and had a blast at the river, first cast got myself a 5 pound walleye and within 1.5 hour got 7 goldeye, 4 pike, 3 walleye's, and a sucker. I didn't have a camera with me so my apology. All bites were within every 5 casts....

we drove to kerry wood nature and down that road goes to mckenzie ponds, and head to the boat launch.... did you catch any pike at three mile bend?

I think maybe he meant he never caught any at 3 mile bend......as he stated he was not far from 3 mile bend and the other fella was at 3 mile bend.....perhaps.
