Default Calling Lake Boat Launch

Lake is quite low now. Anyone having trouble launching from the 3 launches on the lake (two at campsite and one at north end Ben Auger Memorial Park)? Which launch is the best, that north one at the campsite seems pretty rough. Family bringing a good sized boat up and I don't use the launches much.

Any accurate info would really be appreciated.

The farthest boat launch at the campground is good, not sure about the others.

The walleye fishing was fair-good, I think Willow limited out on Kokanee though...

The camp site boat launches, the best one is the west on the west side of the pier, keep your motor up for a ways out. Props don't like rocks.

Kurt is right. The fishing was good. I found a sweet spot. Caught a perch, a couple pike and about 12 walleye. We took our limit back to camp (4) and fed about 15 people. Then I limited out on Kokanee and couldn't get back out on the lake Sunday or Monday.

The key to the best tasting kokanee is to keep it on ice until you are ready to consume it.

They are small, but they sure are good - I've been known to down a dozen in one night.

Default Calling Lake Boat Launch

Be careful!
I wrecked my prop and skeg on the rocks or something else good 40+++ yards from the dock!
On my way back, another boater hit the rock ....

Looking for the prop for 50HP Mercury 4 stroke EFI 2007
and the skeg sleeve.???
