I would NOT bring him to a pound! They will kill it! I am no cup cake snowflake and I use to be the dog executioner where I came from , BUT that little runt has my attention ! he deserves to live just for the fact he is challenged physically , The fact he has survived so far is proof enough the handicap is not a problem ! Let someone have him . I,m getting soft in my old age ! LOL
