As a matter of fact I have followed politics very closely since grade 6. If it sounded like my opinion was a means to sway people's decisions let's just make it clear...I could care less on your choices. Make one, Let the hammer fall where it does and if it doesnt go how you wanted, suck it up buttercup! All the sniveling in the world ain't going to change it. That's politics folks

I think the AO apple dumpling gang are going to be 0 for 3 on their political predictions.

So which is it? 3/4 of Albertans or 72% of voters?

Kind of misleading, and wrong for someone to be trying to educate the great unwashed masses. Where did you learn that trick? From the NDP handbook?

The difference between this federal election (compared to Alta's provincial election) might be that the LEFT vote will be split enabling a conservative victory, as opposed to the RIGHT being split in Alberta resulting in a NDP government.

I wavered briefly, because I was reminded of how brassy, sassy, and awesome I think Elizabeth May is.

Then I remembered that I couldn't vote Green for fear that they'd get too many seats: which is a very real possibility this time around.

But, we have a Libertarian candidate running in our riding this election. That makes casting my vote really stinkin' easy: "Free to marry. Free to carry." That sums up my outlook on life quite nicely.

I really couldn't care less about what you think of me, and lots of us know why you get a free pass to be an ass on what seems to be a daily basis. You're even an ass when I'm agreeing with you, so if you have such a problem with what I write, just put me on ignore.

You know very well what I meant.

I've written many times of my voting pattern and the reasons why I voted NDP provincially. It's hardly necessary to clean out systemic rot after only four years of a federal Conservative majority. After 44 years of PC majority rule, imo, it was greatly needed, and I personally never felt the Wildrose had a realistic chance of accomplishing the goal I set out for my vote, even though I had voted Wildrose since their inception.

I was far from alone in voting this way.

This is my prediction aswell...however good chance it will be a minority conservative government.
