Shipping spotters across the border is not an issue, no paper work required.

Hey Tuc,
I just ordered a set of Leupold 10X42 Cascades through them...they do ship to Canada, whichever way you want (UPS, mail, etc.)
The only hiccup I encountered was the issue of paying with a credit card from a non-USA bank; they require either a manual authorization or you to fax/email a photocopy of both sides of your card, to prove it's yours. The manual way is easy...they do a small (less than 5 bucks) transaction on your card, and when it's on your bill, you tell them how much (to confirm the card is OK). Otherwise they're great to deal with. The prices are great too ($268.99 vs 400 at wholesale for mine).
Hope this helps,
Bruce

Bruce thanx for the info. How long did it take you to get your cascades?
I called them today and found out you can also pay through PAYPAL. Which might be an easier method for payment.

There an entirely different set of regulations for the exportation of rifle scopes from the U.S.
