Default Peeling a Burbot

Here is a youtube video of how to "peel" a burbot. This is an easy way to clean this yummy fish. Sorry about the poor quality of the video...Amateur video operator ;->

Yikes, kinda sloppy lookin. I get the knife just under the skin, cut all the way around the "neck" area nail in the head to a board, pliars to pull the skin - no guts or mess at all...

Default Nasty

Looks pretty nasy of a job to me. I do the peel and filet method and if I did like that my 20 burb outings would take me all night to get done. Check out this guys video I will attach or come to an AO outing and I will give a gringo demo on quick and clean burbot filet. Have done a couple this past year.
