Water Theft ....

Went to Traverse reservoir today and someone stole the water
must be down 10 ft vertical . I hadnt noticed that they did this in years past .
Anyone know of a website that gives water levels . Thanks W101

It may be because a new damn is in the works. The old one is leaking so a new one is going in downstream.
